Hank: Why did CE21 decide to create this Mass Email Marketing tool?
Braden: We developed a Mass Email Marketing tool within the Manager (administrative panel) to further enhance our platform. We aim to continually improve our client’s experience with a unified system. In response to their requests, we wanted to provide them with a feature that allows them to create, send, test, optimize, and report on their email campaigns.
Hank: Can you tell us about the features of the Mass Email Marketing tool?
Braden: The Mass Email Marketing tool utilizes our Smart Lists, a query and criteria-building tool that enables clients to create custom lists of customer and company contacts based on specific criteria. The system regularly updates Smart Lists to ensure that contacts meet current criteria, thereby keeping all day-to-day work in one system, which can be largely automated.
Additionally, our robust email builders allow the creation of visually appealing marketing emails through easy drag-and-drop customization of content blocks into custom or pre-built templates.
We’ve also incorporated features like exclusion options, which enable clients to resend emails without including those who have already opened or clicked in the initial send.
Hank: Is there a Report to give our clients details about their campaigns?
Braden: We’ve introduced a comprehensive Email Communications Report that provides insights into various email communications, including email reminders attached to products, emails sent through the “Email Registrant” or “Email Members” tools in groups, Product Notifications (Opt-In Emails), and marketing campaigns sent through our Email Marketing services. This report offers details on successful deliveries, opens, clicks, bounced/dropped emails, and unsubscribes, providing valuable insights into the effectiveness of email communications.
