Hank: Welcome, Natalee! What is CE21’s Manager Portal?
Natalee: CE21’s Manager is a portal that our client’s organization and staff can use to manage everything they do in the CE21 platform. The Manager allows for one log in location for staff which streamlines and simplifies the experience with our cloud based platform. Our Manager has a deep set of tools with extensive capabilities.
Hank: What are some of the key features when using CE21’s Manager Portal?
Natalee: The Manager Portal has a versatile dashboard that is customizable for your organization’s needs. CE21’s Manager allows you to keep track of your daily tasks for your products by allowing you to create a task list. You can also use the star feature to bookmark and quickly locate important and frequently used pages, making them accessible with a single click on the Favorites panel.
Hank: Since the CE21 Manager is so versatile, what other cool features can our clients enjoy?
Natalee: The CE21 Exchange, an online discussion forum dedicated to CE21 Manager staff, is a handy way to share your questions or let us know what’s going on in your world. You can find all of our Release Notes on the Exchange as well. Additionally, you can use our search bar to keyword search for anything in the system. We even allow you to customize the look of the portal by updating the layout and adjusting where all your charts, graphs, and other information is displayed. So you can customize how the information displays and looks in the Manager Portal.
