VIEWER

Our browser-based program viewer is fully customizable to tailor to preference and focus learning. With flexible appearance options and CSS customization, it can align perfectly with your brand and audience.

Our viewer includes features like live chat and a Facebook-style forum to encourage interactivity. Viewer tabs can be reordered, relabeled, and even customized for specific programs, creating unique experiences for special events or content.

Learners can complete all  optional or required certification steps, directly within the dedicated Certification tab for a smooth educational user experience.

CE21 Presenter is a browser-based tool designed to simplify the management of digital course content. It allows staff to easily upload, trim, and organize videos, as well as add slides and alerts. When paired with a live webcast, CE21 Presenter transforms into a powerful live stream management tool, enabling operators to efficiently monitor and control productions.

Time Tracking

All digital programs track participation, but with time tracking, you can set a required percentage of time that learners must complete before they are eligible to pass the time tracking certification.

Attendance Confirmation

Attendance confirmation can be set up as simple “Are you there?” prompts throughout the program, or you can use question sets that encourage users to provide periodic responses (no wrong answers!).

Participation Codes

Participation Codes can be easily configured to display random letter codes throughout the program, which attendees must confirm. You can set the required percentage and enhance accessibility by adding chimes or even having the codes read aloud.

Affidavits

Include a straightforward affidavit within the program, where the participant certifies that they attended the entire program. This additional step ensures accountability and adds a layer of verification to the process.
